About Us

Birchtree Housing provide accommodation care and support to vulnerable adults who are homeless, faced with pending homelessness or adults that require assistance with housing to private accommodation.

Our objective is to work with each client to create specific targets and goals and setting out realistic and achievable action plans to enable the client to take clear steps to achieve their desired outcomes.

We will ensure that all clients are assessed holistically so that they can also be signposted to other community services that can aid in their recovery, development and re-integration into the community, such as mental health teams, drug and alcohol services, and probation teams. Helping them to feel valued members of society. We will further work with them to move on to independence when the time is right for them.
